Bottle at Ryan's Cloudy blond colour; medium head, reduces quickly. Spritzy aroma, buggy and mineral. Moderately sour, with some bread notes, white wine, light Brett; it's dry but smooth; woody; nice degree of complexity. Very good.

750ml (thx, Alex G.!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: somewhat hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice funk and wine barrel notes. Taste: along the same lines, quite intense in flavor, there is some light bitterness. Oak notes. Some light vanilla from the oak. Overall: good one.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy gold with small white head. Farty funky citrus, feint spelt quality, decent.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some vinous notes and light funky yeast notes. Taste is also a mix of funky yeast with some tart notes and a vinous finish and very faint acidity level. Body is about average with great carbonation. Well balanced mix of complex flavors with some good level of drinkability.

750ml green bottle pouring a very light haze, golden colour with a warm off-white head, good stay and foamy lacing. Funky, sour wild ale aromas with fruitiness, vinegars and a touch of citrus. Not as acidic in the taste, as in well-blended with the rest and some light sourness-tartiness lingers. The spelt base calms everything down and balances things. Gets a little hazier as it pours, and particles fall through. Some nice notes of apples, peaches. After having the Trou du Diable barrelled Saison, I much prefer this one, in the balttle of the big bottles tonight.
