A hazed milky yellow ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit resinous floral hops, dank notes, light cereals, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, light perfumy notes, very nice. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.

First off, I really like this hop. Secondly, I really like this brewery. Hazy, golden colour with orange highlights, a frothy off-white head, good stay and lots of sticky lacing. Citrus aromas with a herbal touch. Refreshing mouthfeel with decent dryness in the end. The taste shows more lemon peel and some orange juices. Quite a nice refreshing APA, but not getting the nuttiness-cilantro notes that Nelson Sauvin makes me all hot about.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge citrusy hoppy notes with some huge floral hops undertones and some tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy citrus hops notes and some tropical undertones with some light residual sugar. Body is full with a nice mouthfeel and good carbonation. Well brewed Nelson Sauvon focused pale ale.
