Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. As Five Towns Güero v2. 3%. Opens with a familiar Five Towns loud hiss. Pale straw colour. Light haze. Big, lively, bubbly, white head. Like the Three Hop Hare I had from this brewer yesterday, this smells wild and and almost lambic like! A bit funky, with notes of lemon pip and peel. Some hay. Some of the promised tropical fruit. Taste is very zingy, lemon rind bitter, with a distinct sourness. Light body. Loads of burp inducing carbonation. Lightly sour, lemony finish. Never as intended, I reckon, but like the one yesterday, I still enjoyed it quite a lot!

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 29th August 2014. Blond with shallow foam and spot lacing. Grassy hop and herb aromas. Hoppy in-mouth with grass and peach notes.A long grassy bitter finish. Refreshing ale, light and easy drinking.

Craft Tottenham Ct Road. Cask. Bright clear pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light with mild fine carbonation. Semi dry. Clean pale malts. Light citric peel hops, orange and lemon and grapefruit. Mild floralness. Light crisp finish. Decent and drinkable.
