Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. As Five Towns Güero v2. 3%. Opens with a familiar Five Towns loud hiss. Pale straw colour. Light haze. Big, lively, bubbly, white head. Like the Three Hop Hare I had from this brewer yesterday, this smells wild and and almost lambic like! A bit funky, with notes of lemon pip and peel. Some hay. Some of the promised tropical fruit. Taste is very zingy, lemon rind bitter, with a distinct sourness. Light body. Loads of burp inducing carbonation. Lightly sour, lemony finish. Never as intended, I reckon, but like the one yesterday, I still enjoyed it quite a lot!
