Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen. It pours golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is straw, wood, apricot and fresh citrus. The taste is straw, pithy citrus, grapefruit, lime, pleasantly bitter, apple, melon, leaf and wood with a crisp, dry finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Flavoursome and well-balanced. A very drinkable golden session ale.

Cask at CBC - Clerkenwell, London. Pours clear yellow with a fine, white foam head. Plenty of bright citrus in the aroma, some straw. Light sweet flavor, tangy citrus, lemon, very light leaves, hints of lime. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean finish, modest sweetness, a bit more tangy lemon. Quite refreshing.

Cask at Craft Beer Clerkenwell on 24th November 2012. Amber with thin white head. Intensely yeasty and hoppy aromas. Zesty citrus in-mouth with touches of smoke. Intense hoppy finish with some bitterness, finely balanced by fruity sweetness. Engaging mouthfeel.
