Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and sweetish malts. Decent hops, orange and orange peel with light tropical fruits. Smooth finish brings traces of pine and spice. Nice one, very drinkable.

Cask Gravity at Pig's Ear 2017. It pours hazy deep golden with a bubbly white head. The aroma is pretty fresh, juicy, sweet orange squash, peach, tangerine, starburst and candy. The taste is dry, bitter, fresh, pithy, zesty, loads of citrus, bright orange, peach, tangerine, resin, bread and a touch of spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, lively carbonation. Fresh, bright and good condition. Good.

Cask at Pig's Ear '17,day one, 05/12/17. Hazed orange with a decent off white head. Nose is orange peel, light floral notes, melon, soft brioche, apricot jam. Taste comprises soft breads, grasy, tangerine, melon, lemon rind, hint of pine. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a good spattering of juicy hop bitterness. Solid cask pale ... probs their best beer to date for me.
