Olfactif à la levure saison notable contenant des notes épicées (poivre, cannelle), citriques (pamplemousse) avec une base céréalière miellée. Le liquide est doré et partiellement voilé avec une mousse blanche d’épaisseur moyenne qui se maintient également moyennement. Une entrée de bouche épicée au poivre et à la cannelle s’accompagne d’un fond subtil de lilas et de miel. Les houblons sont floraux, épicés et herbacés et génèrent une amertume verdâtre qui persiste quelques secondes en finale. Bright golden-yellow colour with a white cap, average stay and mild lacing. Nice fresh lemon noses with some zest and sour juices, sweet yeast(fruity pear) and herbal hints. The taste is mild with citrus zest, apple-pear notes and some straw malts. The lilac and honey is quite light in here, coming out in the lingering. Not too sweet and gets hazy as it pours. A nice Saison that goes down smoothly.

On tap at � la D�rive, pours hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals some peppery notes, a bit of rustic character and earthiness. Flavour is similar, with rustic saison yeast, mineraly notes, and some earthiness. A bit too mineraly, making somewhat muted — could be better expressive of the rustic notes. Decent.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet banana malt with cloves and perfumy notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Bottle: Poured a lightly cloudy yellow color ale with a super large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with some hay and flower ester is really enticing. Taste is also a mix of rustic malt with lightly sweet notes of flower and a dry finish. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Solid saison form this promising new brewery.
