Hazy/cloudy yellow gold with a frothy/creamy white head and a soft citrusy nose. Smooth and creamy with light biscuit malt and a solid citrusy bitterness

Cask at Broad Street Social, Bury. Pours clear gold with a white cap. Aroma: very malty, citrus, grass, pine. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, towards dry, tangy, citrus peel & rind, grass. Medium body with soft carbonation

Cask handpull at The Berry Walmer. Hazy amber colour. lasting white head. some earthy citrus hops. cascades I guess. some grapefruit and oranges. earthy finish. not a lot of bitterness. ok.

Cask, third at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Brewery Microbars. Shared with Finn. Bubbles on the surface. Cloudy orange coloured body. Fair lacing. Moderate grassy fruits on the nose. Citrus flavours with grapefruit to the fore followed by a piney touch to the finish. Satisfying. (2nd day 23.01.2020).

Cask at CBC Islington - London. Pours clear honey-gold with a fluffy, white head. The nose holds flinty minerals, citrus peel, pale grains. Light sweet flavour with more pale grains, bitter husk, citrus peel, rind, grass. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Dry and bitter finish, grassy, more flinty minerality. A little harsh.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 11th March 2018. Golden amber with whitish foam and travelling lace. Citrus peel aroma. Intense tangerine and grapefruit zest in-mouth, followed by an increasingly bitter finish.

Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Gravity dispense at EBF 24, 04/08/16. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is straw, orange peel, faint pine, light spice. Taste comprises orange pith, straw, toasted malts, sprucey wood licks, grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light hop bitterness in a semi drying close. Ok happy sessioner but lacks dynamism for the style.
