For this single hopped Double IPA we use one of our favorite hops, CITRA!!! This hop brings potent aroma and flavor, notably of pine sap, lychee, orange and pineapple. This is dry hopped with our finest Citra from multiple lots as well as Citra Cryo (think hop hash). The result is silky and juicy but with a noticeable hop kick that lets you know this is a Double IPA!

2/VI/19 - 1Pt. can @ home, BB: n/a, canned: IV/8/19 - (2019-804) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the can!
Clear pale blond to peach orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: oh my, lovely, lots of tropical fruits, dank hops, pineapple, citrus, bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus, pretty bitter, orange peel, fruity, dry. Aftertaste: more citrus, bit sweetish, some alcohol, dank and hoppy, very bitter, nice, but not super. Sorry we missed the first 21 days in which we should've drank the can. :p

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar SF, on 4/17/19. Hazy golden-orange with small frothy off-white head, citrus-mango-pineapple flavor, adequate carbonation, medium bitter mango-citrus-apricot taste, faint alcohol undertones, smooth body, long finish. Flavorful.

A hazed orange juice like DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, papaya, orange, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of resinous citrusy floral hops, tropical fruit, light dank notes, very nice and complex. On tap at brewery.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy yellow-gold with a white head. Notes of super-juicy mixed citrus, mango, some sweet pale malt, resin, pine, grass, a bit of weed, rather sweet up front but dry and moderately bitter, or perhaps more, in the finish. Medium bodied, super smooth, slightly below average carbonation. A very nice DIPA in a modern west coast style, very drinkable and while more bitter than many current juice bombs is still fruity and well-balanced.
