Unsere craftige Hommage an die Saisonarbeiter und den ländlichen Lebensstil im französischsprachigen Süden Belgiens ist mit einer speziellen Saison-Hefe gebraut, durch die das Bier die für den Bierstil typischen Hefearomen erhält. Gemeinsam mit den floralen Noten des australischen Hopfens Enigma ergibt sich eine genussreiche Symbiose, die zu einem trockenen, erfrischenden ausgewogenen Bier mit fruchtigen Hopfennoten, dezenter Süße und einer Prise Pfeffer führt.

355 ml bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, yeasts, pale malts and peppers. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity bitter with yeasts and fruity accents. Nice Saison.

On tap at Kumpel Erich, Dortmund. Comes with a hazy, Pale golden color and a very nice white head. The nose is restrained. some Limonade, some grains and spicy herbs. The taste is very refreshing. Fresh grassy and citric aroma. Herbs and nice yeast. dry finish. nice one!

Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, fruit, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, dusty hops, straw, spices, and yeast, leading to a dry finish.

On tap @ Sebar. Pale yellow color, hazed, big white head, sparkling. First impression is acid. On a better insight lemon or orange peel, almost radler taste, ending up with malty notes, light spiced and alcohol in the finish. Taste is tart, fluffy foamy texture, light to medium body, high carbonation. Dry finish. Strange.
