A really enjoyable, modern pilsner. A thin white head on a pale, clear yellow body. Nose is big on classic sweet pilsner malt, slightly fruity yeast and a touch of citrus hops. The tastes are fresh and classic with a nice citrus hop addition. Solid carbonation keeps it clean and refreshing. Nice job.

Can from the lcbo. Clear golden pour, big white head. Aroma is very grassy, and malty, lots if cereals and subtle lemon peel. Clean, crisp mouthfeel, soft carb. Finish is grassy, with a solid lemon flavour. Pretty nice pils, clean and refreshing.

This pils poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a rocky bright white head. Zero lacing. Scents include corn, perm solution and dough. First swig was weak, thin and watery. Very light. Flavours include corn, honey and straw. Finish is minimal with corn flavours lingering.

A golden pils with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light Saaz, nice. On tap at Craft beer market, Ottawa.

Pours a golden colour, pretty clean overall with just a tad haze. The frothy white head is big, decent lasting with some foamy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with some light grassy notes. Malty taste with some hints of honey, lemon and the hops adding some bitterness in the finish. Decent for a North-American pils, but not as refreshing as most Euro ones. A heavier, richer version.
