En Fût au Festibière de Gatineau. Du bon chocolat et une belle amertume de torréfaction en fin de bouche. Du chocolat sucré, du chocolat au lait. Notes de mélasse, de caramel. Amertume de café. Texture grasse, beaucoup de corps. Bel équilibre entre les sucres et l’amertume. Très bien fait.

A dark brown stout with a thick frothy lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light peated notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light peated notes, alcohol warmth, light licorice, very nice. On tap at Ottawa Beer Fest 2018.
