Handpull cask at the Spotted Cow, Holbrook. Amber/gold with a foamy off-white head and lots of lacing. Light aroma of grassy hop, some soft citrus. Bittersweet taste with the hop providing a pronounced bitterness toward the long finish. Very basic but delicious nonetheless.
