Canned....wait for it....4/17/24. Yeahhhhhh.....looked on the bottom, didn't see a date and bought it. Drunk 6/13/24 at an almost 14 months!
Still pours a very hazy, drab bronze-brass with a large, off-white head. Good retention.
Smells woody, juicy, not oxidized, with fruity yeast and no canned pineapple from the Strata. Biscuit and such from the malt with no excess sugar, resin, alcohol noted.
A bit herbal with lots of pepper, sweet malts, very fruity yeast and a touch of grass, citrus and melon. For fourteen frickin months, this is pretty fantastic. Just goes to show how much sitting in a cold fridge can do for beer. Good amount of bitterness, burly body. Pretty solid all-around. Maybe a bit on the yeast side.

On tap at the brewery. House hazy? It's a little clear. Gold. White head. Fruity nose. More breakfast cereal than melon. Flavor follows with some sweet herbs. Medium bodied. It's run of the mill. 6 2 6 3 11

Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Aroma of salt, malt, some pine. Taste has some melon, lemon, more pine. Palate has lingering lemon oils, some must. Good.

Can (10/7/22) pour from the brewery. It's a cloudy, light brown-dark yellow with decent sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, generic fruit. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation and crisp, dry finish as taste. Overall, decent strength of aroma and flavor though not complex. A bit over carbonated.

Can from tfontana, thanks for the trade! Pours a hazy lemon yellow with a bubbly white head that persists. Citrus earth ad grass with bits of tropical notes. Bready maltiness. Not bad.

16 oz. can in a trade with Tom. Cheers, buddy! Aroma has mango, guava and orange. Flavor follows suit. Texture is juicy with low to no bitterness. Proto typical New England IPA.
