Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth of Essex, 23/10/24. Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to spotting and the edge. Nose is orange zest, grapefruit, grass, light pine nip, melon, airy malts. Taste comprises bitter orange, lychee, grass, pine needle, grapefruit, hint of mango, mixed tropical fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy enough DIPA.

Can. Hazy gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has gone fine minerally carbonation. Very light malts, a good creamy sweetness, goes up to the border of 'too much' and has a good look. Light crisp cooling pine and nibbly hop spice. Good bright citrus and tropical fruits from the classic hop array. Quite a light and semi dry finish. Leave a mildly tangy hop fruit linger and hop spice carries on. Decent DIPA, very drinkable, but nothing that will linger long in the memory, such is the white heat of DIPA brewing these days and long may it continue.

Can at home in Barbados, in our garden, 11th August 24. Can picked up from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam. Pours thick and soupy orange, grey yellow. Aroma is earthy, orange, pulpy, rind. Taste is bitter marmalade, earthy, intense , sweet, light tropical, complex and a long bitter finish. Got a laugh from the previous rate - flavour overdone, magic !

16oz can pours a very pulpy orange with plenty of fluffy white head. Nose is OK, melon and orange, flowers, some grist, Chai. Flavor is a bit overdone, orange curd and compressed melon. There is a saccharine quality that really detracts. Starchy finish.

16 oz can. Aroma is citrus and mild pineapple-ish. Flavor has citrus, pineapple and a mild earthy pine like hint in the finish. Softer bitterness and nicely balanced.
