Bottle. Hazy amber-orange color with beige-ish head. Aroma is nice smoked malts, grassy, earthy hops. Taste is light smoke, earthy hops, some grapefruits, grassy, a touch of booze in the back. Chewy mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Good one, I love the smoke!

Bottle. Cloudy brown amber, off-white lace. Smoke hay and green grassy and leafy, chewy grains, light apple, earthy, garden finish.

Large 1 litre bottle courtesy of Jonas, at Munich mini Ratebeer Tasting Monday 17th June 2019, Garching. Hazy amber with a clingy white head, lovely furry bitterness. Smoked malts (surely), nice softness, a little rough around the edges, the hops are really quite punchy, but this is extremely likeable.

Hazy orange colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have lots of citrus peel bitterness. Background of smoke. Hmm?

6 3 6 3 13Bottle at Festivale der Bierkulturen, Cologne. Cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops, green weeds, yeast, caramel malt and herbal hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled @Festival der Bierkulturen K�ln 2018. A clear dark golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of orange fruits, zest. Taste of orange fruits, smoked malt, bacon, tangerine, long bitter finish.

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2016) beim Hopfen und Malz Berlin 2016-04 getrunken. Es hat zwar diese leichte Citrusnote doch die Hopfenbitterkeit ist mir irgendwie zu bitter. Diese 2016er Version mit Hopfenmix aus Cascade, Perle, Saphire gefällt mir deutlich schlechter als die leicht rauchige Version 2013 mit Amarillo Hopfen.
