On tap at Tributary, pours a mostly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of coriander, light saline, soft wheatiness, and lacto. Flavour is smooth, with plenty of coriander and soft wheatiness upfront, very low-level tartness if it’s there at all, and some lacto. Really soft palate that is almost creamy, showcasing the coriander and lacto. Pretty solid.

A hazed golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light esters, light salty notes, perfumy notes, talcum powder, nice. In mouth, a nice fruity esters with light salty notes, light licorice, very pleasant. Growler at OttBottShare March 2015.

4.75 oz. draft sample @ When Pigs Fly. Hazy color with tiny head retention. Aroma is mild grain with a tiny hint of Lacto and citrus. Flavor is bready malts, mild yeast influence. Body is lighter, crisp and very refreshing with a citric and slightly tart taste. I didn’t get much salt which to me was a good thing. Effervescent mouthfeel. Nice!
