On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours an opaque dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out puckeringly dry purple grapes, lots of grape skins, and oak barrels. Flavour wonderfully brings out the dark purple grapes, puckering dryness, lots of tannins and oak. Love the oak character and the expression of the grapes. Excellent.

Dark red body, with a medium, creamy, yellowish head.
Aroma of barnyard funk, earth, horse blanket, dried fruits, red grapes, some dark berries.
Tastes amazing, quite similar, but with more dense, chewy red fruits.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes smooth, moderate dry, a bit wooden, fruity, with red grapes, dark berries.
Delicious! Lots of character, with lovely funk notes, but also a lot of fruits, especially in the taste. Drinks fresh and balanced. Another outstanding, characterful one by De Garde.

(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours a nearly clear deep red with a pale pink head. Notes of red grapes, raspberries, soft cherries, quite vinous and fruity, moderate oak, light citrusy acidity, soft fruit skins, a light to moderate barnyard overtone, feels slightly sweet and lightly tart overall with a dry, finish with gentle tannin. Medum bodied, soft smooth carbonation. Really nice wine grape 'lambic' with a surprisingly bright berry character, I enjoyed this more than the actual raspberry/cherry offering alongside.

A "the" beer thanks to Matt! Pours clear magenta, large pinkish-white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is musty, funky, mushroom, grapes, oak, vinous notes. Flavor is light tart, medium plus funky with a hint of mushroom and lots of vinous must. Interesting, despite the hint of fungus.
