A thin, quick dissipating tan head on a deep brown body. Coffee, chocolate, sweet malt and damp wood on the nose. A slick porter with dark chocolate, some coffee, caramel and citrus hops leading the taste profile. A slight woodiness works nicely. Edging its way towards the black IPA category, but holds the line nicely. Balanced, smooth with freshness in lead notes. A big league porter.

A deep dark brown porter with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light nutty notes, light chocolate notes, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light chocolate notes, resinous floral hops, light treacle, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

This one poured out of the bottle before I got to the NYE party :( Pours a dark brown colour with a light beige head that is small, and a little lacing. Aromas of molasses, dark fruits and roasted malts. Flavours of dark fruits, roasted malts and a hoppy finish. A nice dark fruity porter with a decent amount of hops in the finish.

Beau produit.
