This beer features fresh, whole leaf Ontario Cascade and Chinook hops that went into our kettle on the day of their harvest. These never-dried hops retain all of their oils and showcase delicate fresh, green aromatics with subtle spice and pine notes.

An ale that goes down easy, but is relatively light fare considering the dry hopping and the punchy hops being used. A kosch or lager-like body. Bready malt with a grassiness to the hop profile.

Can from the brewery. Clear golden pour with a large white head. Very grassy Aroma, light lemon zest, and crackery malts. Thin mouth feel, soft carb. Finish is medium bitter, grassy, and light cereals. Underwhelming.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with light floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light floral hops, light mineral notes, fruity esters, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

cannette 473 ml. Aromatique olfactif aux notes de pin, de litière, de fleurs et d'herbes fraiches, agrémenté de quelques feuilles mortes. Aromatique très différent des APA traditionnelles mais quand même agréable. Un liquide doré, transparent. Une mousse qui se développe à peine et qui ne se maintient pas du tout. En bouche, c'est surtout floral avec quelque grains de poivre, une effervescence piquante, du grain de céréales en support. Le pin est en sourdine et les agrumes à peu près inexistants. J'attendait plus d'accents du Chinook. Bière au gout plutôt commun, avec cependant de beaux accents floraux.
