At the brewery, pours a slightly hazy light-yellow colour with a white cap, good stay and full creamy lacing. Mild Saison aromas with the lemon notes giving light sourness and Belgian ale yeast, adding sweetness. Hints of grass. Crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. The taste shows decent hops for a lower alcohol content with the citrus zest and grassiness. Quite a nice grisette.

Crowler: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt with nice herbal notes with some nice floral undertones. Taste is a mix of light rustic malt notes with some herbal notes, some yeast ester with light peppery notes with some superb floral under tones with a dry finish. Body is light with good carbonation. I like the combination of good drinkability with nice level of complexity in this beer.

A hazed blonde grisette with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light perfumy notes, light chalky notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light curacao, grassy hops, light mineral notes, chalky character, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
