Can. No sign of any seasons anywhere in the title. Cloudy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts bring a very modest sweetness. Good hop spice upfront. Mild pine. Surprisingly bitter citrus. A touch of fresh orange underneath. Mild seltzer and more hop spice. Light dry finish. Bitterish linger. Good but with a bit of a sharp edge to it. Bitter yeast?

Can from Cork & Cask. Murky orange body with a thin white head that gradually fades. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of apricot, peanut shell and orange pith. Flavour of minerals, earth, rusted metal and peppery hops. Medium body with a prickly mouthfeel. Light fizz. There’s something that doesn’t quite gel with this, whether it’s the hop combination (unlikely) or (more likely) the yeast profile for the hops used.

Tap. Cloudwater Barrel Store. Milky, pale gold. Thin and messy, sticky, white head. Nose has fresh and bright pineapple and orange hop. Lemon sorbet. Some sticky and fairly dank notes. Bit of toilet cleaner, in a good way. Clean, dry biscuit malt background. Taste is citrus pith and rind bitter. Plenty of zest. Light and juicy sweetness on the lips. Clean and fairly sharp on the palate. Dries out a little. Clean bitter finish. Lovely.
