Nose features celery, earthy hops and a touch of salt. The taste is sumptuous and boozie. Rum, Cocoa, cream, slightly burnt caramel, dark berries and a hint of butter stand out. Rich and multi layered.

A reddish brown ale with a thick creamy brown head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity chocolate malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with nice bourbon barrel, licorice, light vanilla, light powdery character, interesting and pleasing. On tap at L’autre oeil.
