Draft taster at Brixie’s. Amber pour with a bit of haze and a light layer of foam. The smell is strong on grapefruit from the hops. Taste is a regular hoppy IPA, a little less feisty than most hop bombs. Instead, there’s lots more malt support. Easy to drink, since the alcohol is just a touch below the usual DIPA level.

Draft: Poured a pale blonde color ale with a light foamy head. Aroma of citrusy and light tropical hops is offset by some cereal malt notes. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with some light citrusy hops with light floral fruity notes. Body is average with good carbonation. Not bad but appears they are not getting as much flavours form Citra as I had expected.

A pale golden DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, light biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a crisp biscuit malt citrusy floral hops, tropical fruit, light mineral notes, nice. On tap at brewery.
