Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2017-07 getrunken. In diesem dunkelroten Gebräu finden sich tolle Fruchtnoten von Kirschen und Himbeeren. Deutlich ist ein sehr stimmiger Holzeinfluß zu entdecken, wo ich mir aber nicht sicher bin ob der von einer Fassreifung und/oder sogar von den Kerne der Früchte kommt. Egal ein Spitzen-Bier!

A reddish brown sour ale with no head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light cherry notes, burned Caramel, musty. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Brett, light cork character, ground cherries, nice and complex. Cask at La Cuvée d’hiver 2016.
