Growler from the brewery. Clear golden pour, big frothy white head. Crisp aroma of lemon zest and green leafy hops, and clean cereals. Soft to medium carb, and bright mouth feel. The finish is incredibly sharp and clean with alot of citrus zest and green hop leaves. Tart and and refreshing with some slight funk. Very nice saison.

Sampled at Brother’s Beer Bistro. Pours a light golden colour, slightly hazy with a white cap and nice creamy lacing. Loads of wheat in the nose giving out banana and bubblegum notes. The taste is where the hops come out. Grass over the Belgian Ale yeast. Quite a nice surprise from Amsterdam with a good balance between the wheat, yeast and hops.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with orange pulp, coriander notes, grassy resinous hops, sweet fruity esters and creamy notes. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with orange pulp, curacao, coriander, grassy hops, light mineral notes, very nice. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.

Draught, 6.2 % @ the brewpub. Pours nearly clear golden with small white head. Clear aroma of hops with estery and c-funky notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of citrus and malt and salty and estery touches. Bitter and acidic aftertaste with salty hints. Good.

Draught: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and good amount of lacing. Aroma of dry floral hops notes with solid rustic malt notes. Taste is a great combo between some rustic malt notes with light residual sugar notes and some dry floral hops notes with hay notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. This is probably one of the best beer I’ve had from this brewery.

One of their four current "Adventure Brews" and the only one in can at the brewery. Pours a slightly cloudy golden-orange, with half a finger of white head that reduces to a ring and lacing fairly promptly. Light nose of resin hops, day-old socks, apple smelling esters and caramel malts. Taste is kind of a battle between it’s hoppy and saison sides. First taste is lots of soft fruity,, apple-y fresh esters over caramel malts, but as soon as the air hits your palate the bitter hops jump right down on it. The lingering flavour is just more of the same, fruits and hops. The balance isn’t there. Not that a brewer should listen to some schmuck on a website, but fruity hops, rather than bittering would have made this brew. Otherwise...
