Keg @ Chez Sophie. Pours hazy gold with lovely white head. Great creamy yeast character with a nice hoppy presence tucked underneath the banana and cloves. Another belter from these guys.

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail. Pours hazy golden amber with a long-lasting bubbly white head. Aromas of pine, spice, faint yeast. Taste is bitter, more like an ipa than a wheat beer. Dry finish. Prickly carbonation.

5th Aug 2015: on-tap at Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Had a hazy golden-straw like colour with a full head. Aroma came across with a wheat lead complimented by cloves. The taste a little more complex with a mixed fruit element to add into the wheat and clove nose. Hidden sweetness in there too. I liked it.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy, piney aroma with wheaty basis, notes of lemon, pineapple, peach, hints of lemon zest, a slightly dusty, spicy, yeasty touch, cautious banana background. Taste is fruity hoppy, slightly peppery, yeasty spicy, minimally floral, notes of banana, peach, mango, some orange zest. Very nice, refreshing, summer compatible - would easily find friends in Bavarian beer gardens.

Bottle. Curious Hop, Otley. Cloudy orange. Swirl of white. Get the oily orange hop first. Bready, sweet banana. Chewy toffee wheat. Taste is well balanced bittersweet. Soft, oily texture. Finishes long bitter, with a bit of wheaty sweetness hanging on. Very drinkable. Liked this a lot.
