500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear gold, brief bubbly head. Aroma of sharp apple juice, wood, some funk. Taste is slightly acidic apple juice, oak, light funk, semi-sweet. Medium bodied, dry, moderate carbonation. Good cider.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aromas of red apples, sweet pear, floral, barn-like. Taste is red apples, tart pears, sweet peary notes.

Draught at KØ17. Good citric aroma. Lots of apple. Clear pale yellow colour. Good citric note. Apple core finish.

[ As Sheppy’s Traditional Organic Cider ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, tart apple, dry apple, sweet apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet apple, tart apple, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20170519] 7-2-7-3-14

500ml bottle from Beer Ritz. Yellowy golden colour, sparkling with no lasting head, and aroma of apple, oak, leathery funk. Taste is tangy, fruity apple, bittersweet, woody, oaky, sawdust, with alittle funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite OK.
