Our flagship hoppy pale ale. Coming in at an extremely sessionable 3.8%, this beer is packed full of juicy tropical notes followed by a lovely citrus kick coming from the blend of Citra and Cascade hops in both the boil and the dry hopping stage. For such a low strength pale this beer certainly packs quite the punch!

Slightly hazy straw coloured with a frothy/bubbly white head and not much of an aroma, just a soft hint of fruit. Very crisp and fresh with very light, biscuity malt, some floral hop and just a touch of citrus. Could easily pass as a creamyish lager

Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a pale straw with a small white head and good lacing. The aroma has a little citrus and caramel, but not much. In the mouth it starts off sweet and quite juicy with low carbonation and flavours of malts and biscuits. Later some floral hops come into play, along with traces of summer fruits. Finish is slightly dry. This is decent.
