A hagyományos Russian Imperial Stout.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 2. Black, lovely tanned lacing head. Nose is just weird, strangely herbal, roots, bark, liquorice. Strange herbal, varnish, bitter roots, plants, liquorice. Body is weird thick liquorice. Weird for an RIS, not terrible but strange.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, moderately roasty aroma of milk chocolate, hazelnut and vanilla. Quite sweet, malty, moderately roasty taste of milk chocolate, coffee, hazelnut and vanilla, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly earthy-dry finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty, quite sweet though.

Solid RIS, with a good amount of coffee. Maybe just a tiny bit thin, but who cares. Very nice.
