Originally rated September 2004. Second honey lager review (for a Ontario, Canada brew) for tonight. Poured a golden colour with a head that dissipated quite quickly. Could smell aromas of sweetness and grass. Lightly carbonated compared to the Lakeport version. Medium sweet taste of honey to start with, and then has a dry finish. This beer is now called Beehive. This is part of there lower brand selection (with the other being Trailhead lager). The rest of their beers are higher standard, and rock over this one.

Golden lager with a very thin white head. Aroma of fresh cereals, honey and light german hops. In mouth, a light and clean beer, with noice crisp caracter, light hopping. A nice summer quaffer at a good price. 15.99$ for 12 bottles at BS.

One of the poorer honey lagers I have ever had. A little honey scent with alcohol hints. Very watery taste with no finish. Sad but negative.

Quick and light, with some fruity flavours. Disappointing, even for a sellout.
