Originally rated July 2006. Pours a rich golden colour with slight amber in it. The head was average size, white colour, average retention and left minimal lace. Carbonation is only coming from 2-3 spots at the bottom of the glass. Grainy malt nose with a tad of hop. Creamy and sticky mouthfeel. The taste is a mix of grass and grains. Quite different, but nothing outstanding.

This lager poured alight yellow colour with a white rocky head. First to the nose was scents of creamy malt and a little caramel. Grassy nots to the nose also. First taste was malty with a round flavour, somewhat sweet. Not too bad. The palate was a little hoppy with a almost thick mouthfeel to it.

Bottle fromm Lubière: Poured a deep golden color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of sweet and floral malt is quite interesting. Taste is also sweet but the floral and grassy feel is what rally kept me interested in this beer. Body is light and it does lack complexity but let’s just say that I have seen worse pale lager then this one.

Bright golden lager with a thick collapsing white head. Smells like the salt from the Aegean sea (or at least, a bit salty and malty). In mouth, crisp malt with good hops in finish, but also, some metallic iodine notes. Medium bodied.
