If you were to design the quintessential Track IPA, where would you start? You'd probably make it super pale, neither dry nor sweet, with enough body to handle a glut of dry hopping. It would definitely contain the holy trinity (in our opinion) of modern IPA hops; Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. And you would use our house yeast, bringing juicy fruit salad notes and ending fermentation with 6.5% alcohol by volume. All in all, it would probably taste a lot like THIS.

Pint from the keg at Krafty J's in Jersey. Pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Aromas & tastes of tangerine, peach, mango, citrus, caramel, earth & hops. Medium body. Soft hoppy finish.

Draft at Heist Brew Co. Orange golden pour, Hazy, receding cream colored head. Fruity aroma, citrus, tropical. Taste brings some zesty, tangy fruit flavors, grapefruit, pine, papaya. Hoppy finish.

Nose is bitter sweet tropical fruit esters, pineapple, grapefruit, mandarin, lychee.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, pine needle, grass, light perfume, mango pulp, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy IPA.

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of mango, grapefruit, a little gooseberry and wine. Taste is a little sweet, mango, grapefruit, lime, gooseberry, mildly vinous, light bitterness. Medium bodied. Very nice but a bit sweeter than their usual.

Draft at Beerarama, Eastbourne. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a grainy, mineral, herbal, light mango, passionfruit, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is fairly light, mildly dry and delivers decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, quite a strong creamy sweetness. Light crisp cooling pine. Light bright citrus. Very low level skunk. Touch of mango and sweetish grape on the crisp finish. A tad sweet but still very drinkable.
