[ As Skovlyst Rådyret Glutenfri ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, bready. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt - grain, sweet malt. Draught at KØ17. Dusty aroma. Hazy golden colour. Good creamy white head. Bready flavour. Low to medium bitterness, slightly astringent. Creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy golden with a white head. Sweetish, malty aroma. Medium body, sweet malts, a hint of malt, but also a hint of lactic acid as a warning of a lurking infection. Otherwise appears lije a decent Pils with flowery hops. Not undrinkable right now, but probably will be in a few weeks. 180117

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beig head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of maæt, fruits, and btrettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Clear, golden colour with a fluffy, white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, fruits and pale malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes dry with grasses.
