On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours cloudy golden with little white head. Aroma of bananas, peaches, spices, some sulphur and burnt rubber. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Some astringency in the finish.

From bottle at Ila Brainnstasjon 08.01.17. Cloudy peach colour. Small off-white head. Aroma of orange marmalade, coriander and weissbier. Similar taste. Quite dry. Refreshing.

Flaske fra helsekosten på Kvaddå, hjemme mens jeg lager lørdagspizza: lett uklar, mørk korngul med kort skum. Citruspreget aroma med noe krydder (koriander). Bitterappelsin og krydder + noe ubestemmelig lett beskt, kan det være nypene som er brukt? en mer solid maltkropp ville kanskje gjort opplevelsen bedre, synes denne er ubalansert. Munnfølelsen er heller tynn og ettersmaken kort. En skuffelse. Fra fat på E.C.Dahls presentasjonsaften, Mi2 cardinal jan-17: dette var andre greier! Uklar korngul med flott skum som varer. Fruktig aroma og enda bedre smak med krydder, bitterappelsin, banan, tyggis, nyper, malt og gjær. Mild bitterhet i ettersmaken. Fin fylde og balanse. Opp fra opprinnelig 2.8!

330 ml bottle. Unclear golden body with a medium sized white head. Aroma has ripe banana, coriander and orange peel. Flavor is medium sweet, ripe banana, yeast, slightly spicy with some harsh bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Does not feel in balance, for me there is some crash between the over ripe banana and the harsh bitterness.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.2%. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Standard witbier aroma of citrus and coriander. The rosehips are probably in there too. Refreshing flavour, not too sweet. Distinct notes of coriander, the hops are also more distinct than in most witbiers, despite an IBU of 16. Citrussy notes too, of course, the rosehips seem to blend in nicely. Moreish. Might well buy again.

Small fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is very mild, yeast, wheat, hay, grass, weeds, orange peel, pepper corn, coriander, paper, hints of butterscotch. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sour grass, minerals, yeast, bark, paper, coriander, citrus peel, pepper corn, soap. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish harsh mouthfeel. Boring.
