Draft @ Dynamo, Kernel TTO. Présentée commme 'Citra Mosaic Nelson' chez Dynamo mais sans aucune référence sur Untappd sauf avec les houbons dans un autre ordre et qui semblent suivre l'agencement de l'étiquette.
Dorée léger pâle voilé, col blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet léger malté pâle/céréales avec un rétro-nasal délicat et parfumé des houblons - dont des notes d'agrumes, note de pin et résine venant surtout du Mosaic.
Palais sur une base houblonnée mettant bien en avant des notes d'agrumes/fruits à noyaux, petite douceur fruitée avec qcq pointes de résine et de myrtille. Bonne balance avce l'apport des malts et comme souvent, la version Pale Ale me semble plus aboutie que les IPA.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of strong tropical fruit, white grape, blueberry. Taste is more of the same. Very flavoursome. Light bitter finish.

Keg at Mother Arch 2, 12/08/22. Moderately hazed orange to golden with a decent light egg shell white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange pith, light pine, melon, grass, soft malts. Taste comprises mixed tropical fruitd, pine resin, orange peel, ripe melon, juicy citric flesh, grass. Medium bodied ,fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy to light lay dankened hop bitterness. Solid pale.

From tap at the Kernel taproom in Bermondsey 12.08.22. Clear pale straw colour. Diminishing white head and lacing. Refreshing and complex aroma and taste of pale malt, lemons, lime, sorrel and pine shoots. Good!

Very hazy orange - apricot colour beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, a very light fine crispness. Light maltsz slightly thin and mildly sweet. Hops bring mellow orange and grapefruit, spot of tangerine. Very light hop spice. Pleasing light tropical fruits on the end, whispers of melon and guave in there. Good stuff.

Bottle from the brewery in Bermondsey and drunk at home. Hazy dirty golden brown colour lasting thick white head. The Nelson Sauvin is soft and just a bit white wine sauvignon blanc aroma and flavour. Some grapefruit. Soft in the mouth. Good balance, good carbonation. Not too harsh just soft carbonation and it's just really good. Of all the pale ales I've had in the past 3 days from Kernel, this is my favourite. Yellow and green citrus fruits.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of melon, spearmint, lemon and dried grass. Flavour of floral hops and musty grapefruit. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Pithy and delicious.
