From tap at Fairbar in Aarhus 12.07.17. Dark amber. White head. Excellent aroma of old sea houses, tar, seaweed and bacon. Similar taste, with some acidity and creosote.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (01/07/2017) - orange amber with a off-white head. Sweet malty with some smoked notes, tar, charred malty, some caramel sweetness, smoked herbal grassy hoppy bitter into the close.

Draft. An amber beer with lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of smoke, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and smoke, leading to a bitter finish.

Superficial festival rating at DØE - Ølfestival København 2017.Hazy orange with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, some fruit and smooth smoked. Flavor is smoked like meat, ham, sausage and pale malt, light caramel, some fruity hops and moderate bitterness. A rather balanced, smooth smoked beer.

[ As Svaneke Jollefiskeren ].Clear light medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, smoke, tar, salami smoke - sweet meat smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, smoke, tar, salami smoke. Draught at KØ17. Smoked and peaty aroma. Clear amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely smoked, OK salami smokiness. Slightly salty. I see now it is made with tar - no wonder I like it.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is smoked and slight tarish. Meaty and slight roasted malty. Dry, bitter and roasted malty. Bitter and dsrk malty and smoked far finish.
