330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, quickly fading, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma with a lactic touch. Taste is tart, tangy, minimally fruity, fruit acidic and lactic, hints of lemon juice and sauerkraut. Couldn’t convert me to the style.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Pale gold. Light haze. No head. Nose has lemon juice. Lemon yoghurt. Damp wheat. Some damp cardboard. Taste is softly acidic. Very dry. Any sweetness is of the lemon juice kind. Light body. Very crisp and cleansing. Dry, light sour finish.

42nd Floor Tasting. Thanks to Dan. Hazy gold beer. small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and mildly crisp. Very lacto - sourness, dusty yohgurt, Lemon. Light finish. Feels very forced and I’m sorry to say - I’m really not a fan.

Bottle at the 42nd floor tasting, thanks to Daniel. It pours cloudy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is toasty, clean, sour green apple, tangy lactic notes and faint citrus peel. The taste is crisp, clean, tart, sour green apple, lactic tang, mild acidity, lemon rind and some sherbet. Light body and fine carbonation. Simple, yet rather drinkable. Decent.

Bottle shared in London, 42nd floor - many thanks to Daniel. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a weak white foam head. The nose has some lactic twang, ripe lemon, wheat. Light sweet flavor with more lactic tang, a little metal, faint cheese. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tart lemon finish, light bitter straw, wheat, funky wood. So so.
