Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, wheat, tart fruit, citrus. Flavor is light sour, wheat, light yeast, tart fruity. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light sour fruity finish. 091117

Superficial festival rating at DØE - Ølfestival København 2017. Slightly unclear pale golden to yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is acidic fruity with minerals. Flavor is mild pale malt, citric fruity, lemon, some acidity and minerals. Medium to light bodied and mild acidic fruity aftertaste. Refreshing not to acidic Berliner weisse, might even taste quite close to a Basque cidra in my opinion.

DØE. Hazy yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, tart and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 180517

Draught at KØ17. Mild bread and citrus aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. No head. The flavour is citric with a mild cider note, some apple. Apple core finish. Not as dry as other examples of the style, but that does not really bother me, of course.

Fra fat på DØE ølfestival i Lokomotivværkstedet, mai-17: nesten helt klar lys gylden med kort skum. Aroma og smak mer som en nøytral pale ale med litt ekstra beskhet. Røvkedelig. Den eneste fra Ugly Duck jeg ikke likte denne gangen.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, tart, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, dough, citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170518] 6-3-6-3-12

Draft @ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2017. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour citrus aroma. Fruity sour tart citrus flavor. Has a fruity sour tart citrus finish.

Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy slightly moldy aroma. Moderate bitter very nice sour fresh flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. oily palate. Nice BW.

Tap @ DØE. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, ffruit, lacto, hop and lemon. Flavour is malt, fruit, lemon, lacto, little sour, little citric, hop, little sweet and a little dry.

Draf. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons and brettanomyce. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.
