Cider Bag @ The Big 6 Inn, Halifax. Golden with lots of apple in both its aroma and taste which lingers in the palate. It’s not thin but has an easy drinking and crisp texture.

On tap at Cider Tap, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite funky and wild, with horse blanket dominating. Flavour is lightly funky, with medium-high sweetness and a little funk. High drinkability despite the sweetness. Very good.
