Cask at The Centurion, Newcastle. Hazy body with tiny yeast flecks floating around. Thin white head. Lacing coats the full pint glass. Aroma of biscuit and dried apricot. Flavour of bitter, earthy hops, orange pith and underripe peach. Medium body with a smooth texture. Faint carbonation prickle. A dry, simple beer. Perhaps more of a Golden Ale than a Bitter?

MOSI Beer Festival. Golden with a small head and a rustic metallic aroma. It has some fruit in its taste but an overriding bitterness.
