Belgian-inspired 7,7% ABV ale aged in red wine barrels (7 months) with brett. Thick and long-lasting, it is dominated by notes of grains and fruit (golden delicious apple) at play on a dry and lively carbonated body; ending in winey and finely spicy back aromas. Brett does the magic, adding a seductive and wild funky feel which complements the drinking experience, first sip to the last.

Bottle - Light grass and green grape sourness. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light soured green grape and a bready note. Soft finish is a bit confusing as I was expecting dry and tart.

Tap at Brewdog Tallinn, November 9th. Light clear yellow golden pour, not much carbonation there. Funky brett nose. Light white wine and some grass. Good. Taste is acidic, sour and good barnyard funk going on. I do love this kind of saisons, good stuff. Refreshing and flavourful. Loving this!

Draught at Tribaun, Innsbruck.
Dark golden, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of Brett, spices, sour red berries, red wine, citrus, apples.
Tastes quite similar, but with more red berries and vinous notes.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes Bretty, fruity, sour, vinous, a bit spicy, with berries again.
Very nice. Diverse, with lots of fruity and vinous notes and very well balanced. Drinks pretty quaffable for the strength. Characterful stuff how I like it.
