Bottle 75 cl. Vintage 2018. Clear golden with a short, fizzy head. Very dry apple notes with plenty of tannins. Medium bodied, bone dry apple accents and again tannins. Very fizzy. 270925

750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, vintage 2017, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 10.5%. Clear golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of oxidised apple must and funky cellar. Paltorsken 271221. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, yeast, sourness. Flavor is apple, sourness, alcohol.. OK cider.

ABV: 10.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, oak - wood, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, oak - wood, tart apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively - flat. [20210605]

Bottle 2017 10.5% @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, some bubbles, little acid and has a nice apple finish.

Can @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. 2017 version, 10.5%. clear golden, small white head. Apple and concentrated apple aroma. Very high carb. Sourish, sweetish apple flavour. The quite high carb is a little disturbing.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. 2017 vintage. 10.5 % ABV. Clear golden without head. Aroma is sweet, apples and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. Carbonation is too high. 050621

Dark yellow colour. Powerful apple aroma. Moderrate apple flavor. Average moderate finish. Oily palate. nice.
