Joda, det er en saison, men litt for søt og litt for lite gjærpreg. Den gav meg egentlig vibber av en Munchener dunkel med litt tam saison-gjær, og jeg er sannelig ikke sikker på det er noen god kombinasjon.

500 ml bottle, as Thisted Gent Mørk Saison, from SPAR Aalbæk. ABV is 6.5%. Deep reddish brown colour, large off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, syrup and black pepper. The flavour has distinct notes of malts and black pepper, there are hints of caramel and syrup, but the beer is not sweet. Moderate hops. Pleasant to drink. Might well buy again.

Bottle. Spicy, roast, fresh korianderseed and light funk. Hazy red amber, fluffy golden lace. Medium body, dry sparkly, light roast, a bit smoke, orange peel, light spice, quite pleasant.

KØLF 120118. Dark brown color with atan head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, yeast. Flavor is roasted malt, caramel, yeast, fruit, hop, spices. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with large white head. Aroma is roasted malt, rye bread, apple seeds and sweet grapes. Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light to medium sour. Body is light oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is medium long and balanced sweet, bitter and sour with fruity and yeasty notes with hints of caramel and licorice root.

Flaska från livsmedelsbutik i N Vorupör. Torr, krispig, lite jordig, örtig, lätt kryddad, inte särskilt tydlig karaktär från jästen men trevlig.

Pours hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, yeast and fruity finish. Body is medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, caramel and fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Aus der Flasche 2017-06 getrunken. Dunkelbraun mit sehr schöner Schaumbildung. Doch recht gehopft und schön cremig am Gaumen. Doch neben eines malzigen Charakters dominiert mir hier zu sehr die Hopfenbitterkeit gerade im Abgang. Ein Saison oder Farmhouse Ale ist hier dadurch schwer zu erkennen.
