Keg at Digbrew, Bingohame Bimble, 02/07/22. Mahogany brown with a moderately appointes off white cap that thins to spotting. Nose is big on bourbon, ripe dark fruit esters, dates, prunes, spice, toffee, toasted brown sugars. Taste comprises sweet malts, good bourbon presence, fruit cake, dates, toffee fudge, oak, brown sugar melt. Full bodied, fine carbonation, warming booze at the curtain call. Solid old skool BA BW with a good bourbon whack ... no pussy footing around the barrel here!
