ABV: 16.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, woody, sweet malt, barrel - vanilla - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, dark malt, woody, vanilla - barrel - bourbon. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light to moderate alcoholic. [20211022]

Draught sample at MBCC 2021. Hazy deep red mahogany with a small Off-whitehead. Aroma and flavour is sweet and malty, caramel, dried fruit and heavy bourbon barrel. Dry finish with lingering alcohol dense notes. Rich, complex and nice.
