Tap @ Cloudwater Friends and Family Fest, 2019. Pours hazy Golden with a small creamy head. Intense jammy peach. Funky and dry but the fruit shines. Impressed.

Sampled at Billie's 2018. Golden colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have subtle funk and wood. Light peachiness. Tart and vinegary.

Sampled at Billies 2018. A bit unclear yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste sourish, peach indeed, pleasant but perhaps a little bit sharp here and there. 7-3-7-3-14.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Billie’s Beer Festival 2018. Day 1. Orange hazy with little head. Nose is lovely lambiek funk with juicy peach. Taste is lemon basic acidic, touch more lemon, lambiek funk, little carbonation understandable, basic but tasty with juicy peach. Quite solid.

Clear blond to yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: oh yes, that's it! Lots of brett, very fruity, nice, a bit funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity, funky, peaches, lemon juice, nice acidity, love it!

2018 : Pours unclear blonde. Small white head. Smell is full, fruity, funky. Taste is sharp, tart. Full. Complex, intense, fruity, dry. Nice ! 8/10
2021 : Pours unclear blonde, small to no white head. Scent is full on peach, with a wide, acidic, typical lambic funky base. Fruits almost give a sweet impression, but of course we all know better. Taste is full, loads of tartness, but they get mellowed by the aftertaste because of the fruits. Clear, fleshy peach flavour. Medium body and carbo, volotile fruityness in he back, sourness overtaking the late aftertaste. Mild oaky.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, day 2. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet généreux en pêches le tout agrémenté d'effluves de funk - lambic avec une petite pointe de boisé. Le côté purée est conséquent mais efficace pour contrer les effluves qui tendent vers le léger citrique. Palais funk, lambic avec un super rendu de pêche qui vient contraster cette approche plus acidulée subtile des lambics. Le tout après avoir dégusté la version 3F est nettement plus savoureuse en rendu fruité.

0,15l from tap at BXLBeerfest. light yellow hazy color, almost no head. smells of peach, marzipan, nutty, light funk, marzipan. very nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, apricot, grassy, earthy, spices, bit lactic, light funk. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of apricot, grassy and some lactic notes. very nice one 8, 4, 8, 3, 16
