Cloudy blond yellow beer, almost no head. Aroma: nice, funky, brett notes, wood, musty, damp cellar, fruity touch, cheesy notes, some berries. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, pretty lemony, refreshing, juicy, good clean acidity, nice! Aftertaste: dry, fruity, tangerines, citrus notes, very nice!

On tap at Meddlesome Moth, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a wonderful barnyard funk character, with dusty white currant and some citrus skins. Flavour is extremely complex, with lots of barnyard funk, citrus skins, and some currants. Tart, funky and very complex. Lovely stuff.

Draught, taster. @Malte Atochas, A Coruña. 20/11/2022 [#5.665 Global - #247 Belgium - #10 Gueuzerie Tilquin] Pours hazy yellow with a lacing and small white head. Aroma: white grapes, gooseberry and some funk. Taste: subtle gooseberry, drying wood, tart and funk. Dry and tart. Next one please!

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow reddish lambic with a thin lacing head. Aroma of tart funky ester with some tart groseille notes. Taste is also a mix of tart groseille notes with some tart funky ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not as complex as I had expected but no acidity noted.

(On tap @ Sardines, Quebec City, Sept 29/22) Pours hazy dark gold with a thick white head. Aroma is bright, citric, pale gooseberry, sour white grape, slight sulphur funk, some old hops and dry wood. Flavour is again bright lactic and soft acetic, gooseberry squeeze, soft cheesy vibe, a little drying wood, balance is fairly high acid through the finish. Light body, soft carb. A bit sour initially, probably the most so of the series, but fairly complex as well and it really came into its own with food as a tart white wine replacement.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20220621) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tartness, wood, berries and sourness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, berries, wood, sourness, sweet notes, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A delicious tart brew showing berry notes.

Draught @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Intensely sour and heavy with grapey and curranty notes, some funky and leathery notes

Draught No head; cloudy ochre beer. Nice farmyard/horseblanket nose, berries, yellow fruit, bit of rubber/sulphur. Fruit, horseblanket, farmyard, sulphur, old wood, fruitacids, lactic acid. Acidthinning, lean, yet noway watery. Low carbonation. Good fruitlambic. Sorry, excellent.
