2021 version : Pours unclear yellow, lemonjuice like. Small ring of white foam fades fast. Scent is intense lambic funk, berries are very recognizable too. Loads of volotile acidic aroma's, but not realy acetic. Taste is full, tart, rough sourness yet fairly clear and clean funk . Bit dry, some tannines-like astigency by the berries. medium carbo.

Little cloudy bright orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, funky, dry, bit dusty, red currant jam. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice, soft bitterness, dry, some tannins, enjoyable acidity, bit lemony, pretty dry. Aftertaste: very acidic, fruity touch, bit lemony, nice berries, soft bitterness, some more tannins, very nice!

One of the many second generation experimental Tilquin fruit lambics, at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, thanks David for sharing. Some tiny loose, off-white bubbles here and there around the edge but otherwise no head, hazy straw-golden robe. Aroma of fresh white currant berries (and very strongly so), old lemon rind, stale sweat, soggy bread, sour apples, grape skins. Softly sour onset, evidently very clearly white currant-like in a fruit-tart way with a light sweetish aspect to it, flat carb, supple middle with ongoing gooseberry juiciness and lactic dryness, ending drying with chalky and dusty aspects. Very bright fruit lambic, with the berries’ sourness and fruitiness accentuating the lambic’s natural esteriness in an elegant way. One of the better ones in this series, to me at least.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, day 2. Dorée présentant un léger voile, col blanc tenace. Arôme est de suite plus funk que la dernière pêche, le fruité se retrouve bien mélangé aux effluves rendant plus le lambic avec un léger boisé. L'acidulé de la groseille se fait présente et en tout rétro, je note un petit côté grains. Palais est funk avec une pointe d'acidité plus marquée. Le tout est particulièrement sec qui est rehaussé par l'acidité de la groseille. Note acerbe-acidulée rappelant la rhubarbe.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart grapes, wine, stone fruits. Taste of sour grapes, white wine, brett.

Straw colored, hazy body, with a small, yellowish head.
Aroma of sweet-sour-earthy yellow berries, young cheese, wood, leather, slight lemon.
Tastes similar, with a bit more funk.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes dry, medium sour, slightly sweet, a bit wooden, with the lingering fruits.
Tasty. Really balanced, with a great mix of the crisp fruits and the funk. Drinks very fresh and easy. Another beautiful one from the series.

Draft @ BXL Beer Fest 2018. Hazy blond colour, almost no foam. Soft carbonation. Very tart, fruity, lots of 'trosbessen' in aroma. Very fruit, lemony, some vinegar notes.
