9/10/2018. Cask at the First In Last Out, Hastings. Pours pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, hops, fruit and a hint of chocolate, ginger and spice. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, very soft carbonation. Malt, toffee, bitters to finish.

Cask handpull at The FILO Hastings. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Some hoppy character some bitterness. Good aroma. Good condition just a touch too aggressive to be sympatico on the bitterness.

Cask @ First In Last Out, Hastings. Golden with little head to it, just a few bubbles. Has both a soapy aroma and taste with some fruit evident.

Cask at the FILO. Amber with a loose white head; citrus aroma; crisp citrus flavour with grapefruit sweetness; then a sharply bitter finish. Refreshing.
