Hopfengestopft und naturtrüb – die neue, alte Bierspezialität wurde 2016 zum Jubiläum „550 Jahre auf dem Berg“ eingebraut. Helles Gerstenmalz aus der Region aus integriertem, kontrolliertem Anbau wird zu einer Stammwürze von 12,6% eingebraut und mit Tettnanger Perle und Hallertauer Magnum im Sudhaus warm gehopft. Am Ende der zweiten Gärung im Reifetank mit Aufkräusen wird zusätzlich Tettnanger Aromahopfen in den Reifetank gelegt, „gestopft“. Naturtrüb wird es abgefüllt und auch nach dem Jubel Jahr 2016 weiterhin gebraut!

500 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow, fluffy head. Dough, bread, sweet biscuit malt, mild citrus and lemon peel. Mild hoppy bitterness, malty sweetness. Light bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, mild dry sweet finish. Decent unfiltered Helles with a nice hop twist however bit too sweet.

500ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, pale malty, minimally grainy and musty aroma, a touch of protein, very cautious fruity overtones with a touch of mirabelle. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty, minimally yeasty fruity, minimally fruity hoppy, hints of apricot, mirabelle, a touch of mandarine, some protein, a biscuity malty touch as well, mild hoppy bitterness. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather clean, balanced, nice fruitiness, flattering sweetness - above average Helles.

50cl Fles van Brecht. Mistig bleekgele kleur, witte kraag. Aroma is grassig, neigend naar chloor, citrusschil, licht moutig, druiven. Smaak is redelijk droog, licht moutig, witbrood, fris, licht bloemig en grassig, druiven, zacht-bittere finish. Lichte body. Lekker.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of floral hops, citrus, grain, light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Hazy golden, rich, firm head. Looks delicious! Quite intense aroma of noble, floral hops. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Crisp bread, lots of noble, floral hops. Restrained bitterness. Subtly delicious beer for adults

Berg Jubel Bier, Flasche von GTM Bokmeyer, Mergentheim. - Orangegelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase sehr feiner, zart exotisch-zitrusfruchtiger Hopfen, ein Hauch von Grapefruit, dazu zart brotiges helles Malz. - Antrunk mild brotig-hellmalzig mit einer Andeutung von Karamelsüße und sehr duftigen, fein zitrusfruchtig-kräuterigen Hopfenaromen. Milder rezent, vollmundig, hefig weich. Im Abgang wird die Hopfenherbe dann doch sehr knapp; der Nachtrunk ist etwas leer. - Eher zaghaft hopfengestopftes Bier, doch angenehm weich und süffig. Nichts für Hopheads, eher was für Biergenießer.
